Position Type: Member Strategy
Bridget Fraser joined TIFF in 2022 and serves as a Director in the Member Strategy Group. She focuses on outreach to existing and interested member organizations, communicating TIFF’s strategies, portfolio characteristics, investment approach and policies.
Prior to joining TIFF, Bridget spent twenty years at Goldman Sachs, with the last decade as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs Asset Management (“GSAM”) where she was responsible for business development and senior relationship management across multiple asset classes, focusing on many of the firm’s institutional clients including endowments and foundations. Prior to GSAM, Bridget was a vice president in the Securities Division, focused on flow and structured fixed income products for institutional clients. Previously, Bridget was a Director at Macquarie Bank managing the New York Office’s Metals and Mining business, and a Managing Director at Bankers Trust providing hedging and investment services to Metals and Energy producers and consumers.
Bridget graduated from The University of Sydney, Australia with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Mathematics. She is passionate about mentoring women in the financial industry and volunteer financial coaching with New York’s Community Service Society, an organization which promotes economic equality for low-income New Yorkers.

Caitlyn Bishop joined TIFF in 2022 and works on TIFF’s member services team. She focuses primarily on operational support for existing member organizations, she also provides outreach support for existing and prospective member organizations. Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Bishop was an Onboarding and Account Transitions Admin with Vanguard National Trust Company. She holds a BSBA degree in Accounting from Bloomsburg University.
Amy Paterson joined TIFF in 2022 and focuses on Marketing and Communications. She oversees branding and marketing and, supports the development of intellectual capital and communications, coordinates public relations, and maintains TIFF’s digital space. Prior to joining TIFF, Amy worked as a Marketing Coordinator at 3SI Security Systems for the financial division where she was responsible for the development and management of the marketing and communications collateral and assets. She holds a BS in Marketing from Shippensburg University.
Elizabeth Warren joined TIFF in 2022 and serves as a Director in the Member Strategy Group. She focuses on outreach to existing and interested member organizations, communicating TIFF’s strategies, portfolio characteristics, investment approach and policies. Prior to joining TIFF, Mrs. Warren was a Principal at Mercer, advising endowments and foundations on asset allocation, portfolio construction, investment manager selection and governance. Previously, she was a Managing Director at Cambridge Associates, supporting endowment and foundation clients, with a focus on alternative assets, and contributing to research publications and manager diligence. She was also employed by a fund of funds where she oversaw investment and operational due diligence and served on the executive committee. Immediately following business school, Elizabeth worked at Wasserstein Perella and Merrill Lynch on mergers and acquisitions. Mrs. Warren received her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, concentrating in Finance and Strategy and serving as a head of Wharton Women in Business. She earned her BA at Brown University, majoring in Classics and in East Asian History.

Brittany Jean-Baptiste joined TIFF in 2021 and works on TIFF’s member services team. Ms. Jean-Baptiste has an integrated role on outreach support for existing and prospective member organizations, and she also provides operational support for existing member organizations. Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Jean-Baptiste was a Specialized Services Representative at Vanguard. She holds a AS in Business Administration from Gwynedd Mercy University and is currently pursuing the completion of her BS in Business Administration with a minor in finance from Walden University.
